OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING:

Visit of H. E. The Ambassador of Malaysia Sudan Mission To Khartoum TVET Centre Sunday 27th February 2022

On 27th February 2022, H. E. Mr. Mohamad Razdan Jamil Kln, the Ambassador of Malaysia visited the ongoing training program conducted at Khartoum TVET Centre. The training program is part of the project on “Building Community Resilience with Young People in Mayo Suburb of Khartoum Through Improved Access to Water”. The project is funded by the Japanese Government with ILO as the Contracting Authority. The project implementation agencies are CORE, SUDO and ABH Training with the Ministry of Labour and Administrative reform as the cooperating agency. The training conducted aimed towards fulfilling the project employment-intensive approach.

H. E. the Ambassador with the accompanying guests visited the training halls where he witnessed the level of commitment and the achievements of the trainees as a result of the trainings they have attended. This was displayed in the form of a small exhibition where the trainees exhibited some of their products which they aim to produce from their future intended projects.”
