The project is funded by the Japanese Government with ILO as the Contracting Authority. The project implementation agencies are CORE, SUDO and ABH Training with the Ministry of Labour and Administrative reform as the cooperating agency. The training conducted aimed towards fulfilling the project employment-intensive approach.
